Quality assurance system

Longline electromechanical obtained the ISO9001:2008 quality system certification in 2011 and completed the upgrading and renewal of the iso9001:2015 system version in 2018. After more than 10 years of construction, the quality system process, documents and records have been improved day by day, and the quality system operates efficiently.
In 2021, the company introduced the management concept of iatf16949:2016 and comprehensively implemented APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MAS and SPC during the design, development and manufacturing of balance valve products, so that the quality of balance valve products reached the advanced level of the industry; From 2022, the design, development and manufacturing of Longline electromechanical integrated valve group will gradually adopt five tools to further improve the product quality of the integrated valve group.
 

Quality control system

Longline electromechanical has domestic first-class laboratories, complete inspection instruments and professional quality inspection and quality management teams. It controls the quality of products from the whole process of product design and development, incoming materials, processing, outsourcing, assembly, commissioning, packaging, delivery and after-sales service, so as to ensure that every product delivered meets the needs of customers.
